Spartan 480 Engineering Inc. is an Ontario corporation whose engineering services are provided under the governance of the Professional Engineers Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. P.28). Principal Engineer Jim G. Koutroubis, B.Eng., P.Eng., holds a valid Certificate of Authorization (C of A) issued by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). All professional consulting and expert witness engagements are executed in accordance with PEO Code of Ethics and professional practice standards.

4. Proposals & Scope of Work Commitments

Any estimates, feasibility comments, or timelines discussed prior to the execution of a signed contract are non-binding. In alignment with our Cost Assurance principle, formal engagements proceed strictly under written proposals outlining defined scopes of work, client deliverables, and agreed-upon fees.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All materials displayed on this site, including but not limited to the Spartan 480 brand mark, shield crest, vector graphics, drafting backgrounds, written copy, and compiled case studies, are the intellectual property of Spartan 480 Engineering Inc. and are protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.
